All actors have regrets. Here are three movies Eddie Murphy wishes he hadn't turned down:
"Ghostbusters", "Rush Hour", and "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?"
Not doing "Ghostbusters" didn't sting TOO much, because he chose "Beverly Hills Cop" instead . . . so it, quote, "worked out cool."
Eddie says he didn't do "Roger Rabbit" because he thought it sounded "ridiculous". But after he saw it, he realized it was, quote, "[effing] amazing."
(Here's video.)
FYI, Eddie will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Film Institute in April. He'll be just the fourth black recipient, after Sidney Poitier, Morgan Freeman, and Denzel Washington.
