If you want a nine-to-five that pays hourly, here's the top job to apply for. You might just want to start buying Cheetos in bulk . . .
A new poll of shift workers found the happiest hourly job you can have is working at a WEED OR VAPE store. (If you're working at a weed store and you're NOT happy, you're obviously not shopping there.)
92% of weed and vape store employees feel "good" or "amazing" about their job. The national average across all hourly jobs was 78%. (Seems high?)
Here are the five hourly jobs with the highest job satisfaction . . .
1. Weed or vape stores, 92%
2. Catering, 91%
3. Cafes and coffee shops, 90%
4. Dentists' offices, 90%
5. Gyms, 89%.
Hourly employees at community centers, sit-down restaurants, and GUN SHOPS also ranked high in job satisfaction.
At the other end of the list: Hourly workers at PHARMACIES are the most likely to feel "stressed" or "frustrated" by their job.
The rest of the bottom five are postal workers and Amazon drivers . . . people at veterinary clinics . . . hourly workers at doctors' offices . . . and other hourly jobs in healthcare.
Those jobs rank lower because they tend to be more draining, both physically AND emotionally. So, burnout creeps in.
