According to new research, the average American spends 54 hours per year online shopping. That works out to about an hour every week, or almost two-and-a-half full days a year.
77% of people consider themselves "savvy" shoppers. And more people put an emphasis on an item's price than its quality. People also love talking about online shopping too. Around 80% love sharing the deals they got with others.
In the quest for the best deal, many people search for online coupons and promotions . . . and if it takes too long without success, 37% of those people won't go through with the purchase.
53% of people claim they NEVER pay full price . . . and will just wait until there's a deal.
