Friday I had a second face procedure. I had my first one in 2022. I basically have a malformation of blood vessels, and they have to inject those in a procedure called scelotherapy. It was bigger this time, so the bruising and swelling is much more significant this time. I'm hoping it means it will stay gone longer or forever?
Saturday Olive spent the day with her Grandma, so Jake and I decided to start going room by room to get rid of stuff...we got over 7 bags of donations JUST from our mud/laundry room. It felt so good to get it cleared and donated, but I couldn't believe how much was in there. I think the kitchen is next...
We also went to Wayzata. I wanted to try the Olive Oil Sea Salt Soft Serve at Grocer's Table. It's a top 5 dessert I've had in MN. I had a ton of DMs telling me they have it at Pizzeria Lola and Kyndred Hearth as well.
This morning I got coffee with Tina and Jenny. I forced them to share their hopes and dreams with me:)
Olive had a baseball hangout at the Twins Game today. Her school did the 7th inning stretch. I have been avoiding the heat and icing my face, so I stayed back.
I painted instead. I've been out of practice, and the past few times I've painted, I haven't liked the result at all...including today. I am planning to watch some youtube videos in the near future to start work on basics.
