Friday I met a friend and her daughter at a swim pond. We were there for 4 hours. I applied sunscreen 3x. I came home, and my back looked like this! My only guesses are that I used spray instead of cream and that it was possibly expired. I didn't realize it can expire, but apparently it can!
We finished Black mirror, and I think it was my least favorite season. I did NOT like the Josh Hartnett episode. I think I liked episode 2 the best. Saturday we went to Edina's summer sip and tried a bunch of wine!
Then we went to our first MN Aurora game. It was perfect weather, and they won! Super fun!
I mentioned it on Instagram, but when we got home we had a scary moment with Elliott. She gets a bit dizzy these days, and we removed all the rugs because of her accidents. BUT without traction, she slipped and fell and didn't get up. She went to the bathroom, and I kept petting and talking to her. I moved her to the couch, and she was back to her normal self. This happened one other time last year, and we took her in. It wasn't a seizure, but it was a neuro thing. Anyway, I got a cheap rug to help out a bit with traction. Poor girl...Gotta love our senior dogs.
Sunday the weather wasn't great, but I made the best key lime pie ever for Jake. I posted it on my reels on Instagram! We also found a cool cabin show on Hulu, but you really only need to watch 5 minutes of each episode to see the cabin lol. They were super cool, and one was in Grand Marais which was cool!
Today I went to MOA to shop for an outfit because it is officially TAYLOR SWIFT WEEK!!!!!! I did find something, and I got to do something I haven't ever been able to do...I took Olive to school drop off. I've never done it because I'm always at work, and if I'm off, it's for vacation, so she's off too.
