Hello! Thank you for checking out my pictures. If you're doing the year goal I posted, this is your reminder to add a note for week 1. The idea is to add a note each week about something good that happened to you in a cup. Then at the end of the year you have 52 happy notes to look back on. I put a weekly reminder in my calendar.
Friday night we went to check out the Ice Palace in Delano. It was super cold, but it was pretty cool!
Saturday I made really amazing banana muffins that are supposed to be a bit healthier. I just bought silicone muffin pans, and let me tell you, they are life changing! I didn't have wheat flour, so I used regular, but click here for the recipe.
On that same note, our friends came over for dinner, and I made this chicken meatball orzo recipe for dinner, and it was SO good! Click here for that recipe too. BTW-I bought regular ground chicken-I didn't ask for thighs, and it was great.
Jake took Olive skiing today. It was their second time, and he said she really does great!
I think I'll give it one more attempt with them sometime, While they were doing that, I tried my first still life painting. That's all for me! Have a great week!
