Falen's Thanksgiving Weekend in a Handful of Pictures 11/23-11/27

I kicked off the holiday week with lunch with good ol' Steve-O! He's doing great, and I miss him a lot!

I watched SO MUCH TV the rest of the day. Look, I don't get to binge anymore, but I did, and I am not ashamed. I watched the new Wednesday Addams show on Netflix and absolutely loved it. I can't wait to watch it again. We also built a gingerbread house. It was casita from Encanto, and after this pic, it went to the trash...

We went to Jake's mom's for Thanksgiving, and I didn't take a picture of my plate, but I did get a good family picture and...

a picture of this awesome pumpkin cake Jake made. It's from Zoe Bakes. She's local!

Friday is a blur. I did buy about 1/4 of my Christmas presents online and hung out around the house. When Olive went to sleep, we watched a new show (Fleishman is in Trouble) on Hulu. There are only 3 episodes out. We thought it was funny, and we watched a new movie (The People We Hate at the Wedding) that was also funny on Amazon prime. Saturday we checked out the Excelsior market. They had reindeer!

Then I painted a bunch of Christmas trees!

Edith got a little too comfortable with me...

And then we drove 90 minutes to Miracle at Big Rock. It is definitely worth the drive. We made smores and visited Santa!

They have AMAZING lights, and they had this up this year. It's new and super cool for pictures! Get info and tickets here.

Today we went to breakfast with Santa at Birches on the Lake. Santa Sid was there. If you know Santa Sid, you know he was at MOA for 25 years. He just retired, but I found out he has a facebook page and lists all of the Christmas events he'll be at. This was one my friend found and shared with me! And that's about it. I hope you had a great Thanksgiving. We start Christmas Wish tomorrow, and I just love this time of year! Thank you for looking at my pictures. Oh! And there's a new holiday movie set in Duluth. It's called Merry Kiss Cam on Hulu if you want to check it out. AND Happy 15th birthday to Dillon!
