I was faced with a HUGE dilemma the other night...what do I make for dinner? I have ground beef, an onion and spices. I could make spaghetti, but spaghetti again?
I asked for help on Instagram. I got SO many great ideas and ended up googling one-mini meatloaf muffins. YUM! I hadn't had meatloaf in FOREVER!
People also sent me recipes that required a cream of "something" soup. I didn't have that, and they laughed saying that is a Minnesota staple to have on hand. I NEVER do...now I know!
