I love bees. I am not an expert on bees. I also have a terrible memory, so often I forget all of the fun stuff I learned about them when I took the class at the U. Beekeeping was and always will be one of the coolest hobbies I had. I kept bees for 2 years, and sadly, I lost my hive both years, for different reasons. Maybe one day, if I live somewhere with more land, I'll re-take the class and try again. I got a tattoo, a few stings and a lot of great honey out of the deal. I still use my honey actually. I always tell people to take the class if you're considering keeping bes. It's a 1-day, all day class. You can just google U of M beekeeping class. HA That's what I did!
ANYWAY, I found this recipe on Pinterest which I plan to make, but only because of the cake shapes!!! I bought the pans immediately. I put them in my Amazon store here (things people ask me about a lot). I saw them online cheaper elsewhere, but once the shipping was added in, it wasn't cheaper.
