Friday I got the hardware I ordered in from wayfair.com, and the dresser for the nursery is complete!
Dillon had spring break this week, and we tried to keep him entertained, but we finished the week with an overnight stay at Great Wolf Lodge. We went last year, and he loved it SO much! You could say he was pretty pumped to go! If you haven't been, I genuinely do suggest it. I will be completely transparent that we were gifted the overnight stay, but we love it! Saturday we decided to take the dogs to the dog park because it was so nice out...wrong...it was sunny out. It was deceiving. It was so cold. We grabbed some coffee on the way, and Dolly clearly wasn't available for a photo.
Saturday night we had dinner at Jason Matheson's house. We just love him and his husband, and they made homemade pasta! It was legit SO good!
Today we went to get a paint sample because I want to paint some of our kitchen cabinets. We walked right out with the paint sample without realizing we needed to pay for it (duh) and felt like common thieves when they followed us out to pay. Also, I am trying to increase my work outs. This week I rode the Peloton for the first time in a while, and Friday I did weight lifting with Jerome at Life Time. Jake has consistently been working out and eating better for over a month now, and you can tell he's losing weight. Tonight we worked out together. I'm still easing into it, so I did a 20 minute ride.
