Friday, we went to Severs Fall Festival. I love that place so much! I found new things I didn't see in the past. I didn't realize there are TWO corn pits!
AND this was the first year we went in with the birds! Fun Fact: growing up, my parents let me watch ALL horror movies. They didn't scare me...well, none except "The Birds". Needless to say, this was a brave move on my part!
Jake was shooting a wedding on Saturday, so I did lots of random stuff. I went and saw "Small Foot" with Dillon which was super cute. I switched my summer wardrobe out for my winter one...where the hell was Fall?! AND I made taco soup in my instant pot...and these AMAZING Ginger Molasses cookies! Click here for the recipe!
Sunday, Jake and I judged the Twin Cities Donut Brawl. These won in the Show Stopper category. It was a caramel apple from Valley Pastries. It was so good! See more on our foodie Instagram: @mouthmeetsmpls
Also, on Sunday, I had an event at MOA at T-Mobile. I met Darya, and she was SO sweet. She listens to our show and has for years, and now, she listens to my podcast "Heartbroken". Side note, the Star Tribune did an article on Dave too! Check it out here! Thanks for checking out my pics!
