The big craze I've seen is charcoal teeth whitening. When I posted about it before, dentists were like..."DON'T!!!"...apparently it wrecks your enamel?
HOwever, I know we all look for teeth whitening tricks. Well, Julianne Hough just revealed her secret.
"I've actually been trying turmeric," she told E! News.
"You'd think it would be the opposite and it'd stain your teeth, but it actually makes them whiter," she shared with excitement.
So I googled it, and this is what I saw:
Turmeric Teeth Whitening Paste
- Mix one table spoon of turmeric powder with an equal amount of water to make a thick paste.
- Use the paste to brush your teeth gently for 3- 4 minutes
- Spit and rinse until the water coming out is clear repeat this regularly to achieve fast results. Turmeric taste awful and will stain your brush but that will be a small price to pay for white and sparking teeth that you will get after using it.
