I went to Palm Springs for the first time! My friend, Ellen, lives in Seattle. We decided we needed to see each other because it had been a couple of years. We rented this cute airbnb. It was honestly too big for just the two of us, but it was so great! It was called flamingo ranch.
Our first breakfast was Cheeky's. I saw it recommended everywhere, and it was amazing! I had these thin, crunchy, salted butter...delicious waffles...and ate there again on my last morning:)
We took the aerial tram up the mountain to get great views of the city! It was super cool...next time I'm going to hike while I'm up there though!
We had to stop by a famous door...yep...there's a famous door, but seriously, look at it! #ThatPinkDoor
The town is filled with gorgeous architecture. Another thing I'd like to do on my next trip is rent bikes and do the city tour to see all the cute houses.
We did a little shopping, and we lounged by the pool. We also hit a botanical garden! I have a ton of other photos (probably too many) on my Instagram: @falenkdwb
