This was a weekend of just running around, but nothing exciting to report! Here's my boring weekend rundown! Friday, I met with a financial advisor for the first time. I thought I should probably figure out if I will ever be able to retire in my life etc. It was the initial meeting, so it was really just me giving her a lot of info about my life! haha
I did some shopping before hanging out at the KDWB booth at the Holiday Boutique! I saw my buddy Christopher Straub and met Brooke!
Saturday, I just gave all of my money to Target because of the new Chip and Joanna collection. I NEVER watched their show, but I've heard of them. The collection is SO cute! I also made sugar cakes for my bees. It's my first year, and I know they are still alive so far, but I am trying EVERYTHING to keep them alive. I read online about making sugar cakes to help feed them in the winter, so I did.
Also, I was a casino dealer at the Juvenile Arthritis fundraiser. I got to hang with my buddy, Alicia Lewis from KARE and my new buddy Bryan Piatt from KARE!
Also, I have been extra cuddly with my kitty, Drew and taking a ton of photos of her. In case you missed it on the show, I took her into the vet because her tumors came back. The vet told me that due to the rapid growth of them, it would most likely be about a month left with her. Of course I'm praying for more, but I just want to make sure she isn't in any pain.
I did a TON of laundry today, and I made this Chicken Shitake and wild rice soup.
I also started watching tutorial videos on how to French Braid. This was my first attempt after watching this video!
