Friday night kicked of with Pints and Painting with Blue Moon! We're basically professional artists now.
I went and saw the Emoji movie after I painted. I have extremely low standards for movies, but this was a suck-wad of a movie. Kids like it, and usually I like kids movies, but this one...not so much.
Saturday morning, I checked out Alma Cafe for the first time and met Caroline who works there. I also had this blueberry danish!
On the way there, I drove past the NE Farmer's Market. I had never been to that one, but I absolutely loved it!
I finished my book "The Glass Castle" for book club, and it was such a heartbreaking memoir. I can't believe it's based on someone's actual life. I'm super pumped for book club this week because the author will be there! Saturday night I attended an amazing event downtown for the Animal Humane Society. The event was Walk on the Wooftop, so it was a runway with fashion and dogs...aka...my personal dream come true. I got to meet a ton of awesome people who listen to the show like Brie!
Sunday, I checked out the Pixar exhibit at the Science Museum. SUPER COOL!
