This was a totally chill weekend, but I've been eating out so much lately, I decided I should try to at least work in some exercising. SO on Friday, I took warrior sculpt at St. Louis Park Life Time with Steve-o and sweat more than I ever have in my life. I showered...you're welcome...and headed to St. Michael.
I had an event with Blue Moon there, and I was so excited to meet this lovely ladies. They work right down the street at the eye doctor, and I'm pretty sure we became best friends!
Saturday, I tried to make a new morning smoothie to see if it's something that might keep me full every morning at work. It was 2 cups of almond milk, vanilla protein powder, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/4 cup strawberries, 1/4 avocado, 1 tbsp mct oil and some spinach. It was super good/filling, and I only drank half of it. SO I'm gonna try it this week. ANYWAY I also went for a SUPER sweaty walk around Lake Harriet which is my favorite lake.
Saturday night I went to see Dunkirk because I was so bored. Harry Styles did a great job, and I understand the movie was very well done. It just isn't my kind of movie, so I was pretty bored. I did have a mysterious disappearance of my Reese's Pieces though, and that was crazy. Like I had them and ate a few, and then they were gone. The whole bag went missing. It wasn't on the floor or anything, so I'll talk about that for years to come.
Oh! I also checked out the Amanda Knox documentary on Netflix which I found very interesting. I honestly didn't know a lot about that case. Sunday morning, I checked out Rise Bagel Co. I also stopped by the farmer's market and got a ton of great stuff as you can see!
