My birthday is TODAY!! We didn't do too crazy of celebrating just because we're still trying to get settled but we did cook the most Puerto Rican meal ever on Friday night - empanadas with arroz con gondules (rice with beans) !
This was me sitting wining like a baby because Alyssa was shopping for fall decor in Home Goods. I have to admit though, even though it took us maybe 5 hours to shop she did buy a few nice things.
This fool, the Arizona feen dropped a whole carton of it in the grocery store yesterday and I looked crazy standing there waiting for them to come clean it up.
After TWO failed attempts at going out to eat for my birthday, we ended up at Riva Terrace. My honey and I took these nice pictures on the rooftop. The weather was so gorgeous so it really made the vibe 10x better.
I've truly just been looking back at the past 23 years of life and I'm so grateful for everything that's happened in the past year. So many blessings that I won't give myself credit for deserving but I know I definitely do work for them.
