Chicago weekends, am I right?
Hi, my name is Tina and I love Chicago. Lucky for me, my best friend, Katie, lives there so I have an excuse to visit all the time. Last weekend was one of those times.
Friday 6/1 -
Friday night was pretty chill, we hung out with Katie's adorable pup, Lulu! We ordered in Chinese food and watch Deadpool.
Saturday 6/2 -
Saturday, was A. Day. It started with a full brunch at Brickhouse Tavern in Wrigleyville.
Our friend Megan has the FRIENDS version of Cards Against Humanity. We brought the cards to brunch to play.
Sometime during brunch we had the excellent idea to get last minute tickets to see Taylor Swift at Soldier Field. It was an excellent idea indeed.
Here I am living my best life waiting for the red line.
We had the BEST time at T Swizzle. I can't wait to see her show again in MPLS this summer!
We took a bathroom break and when we were walking back to our seats I spotted Harry at the B Stage (or maybe it was the D stage... so many stages) so we stood there until Tay Tay came, which is how I got these insane pics.

After the concert everything got random. It started pouring rain towards the end of her set and we had to make our way out of Solider Field in pouring rain. Then I separated from my friends and walked allllllll the way to the river to meet up with some other friends at a hotel bar, then I left with those friends to go hang out on someones boat until like 3 in the morning... It was random and awesome and amazing.
Sunday 6/3 -
Sunday was V lazy. We woke up early, but ended up just napping and watching Netflix.
The weather in Chicago this weekend was perfect. We went for a walk around the neighborhood, fun fact, Katie lives 1 block from Wrigley.
And then I had to go home. It was super sad, but the view of the city from Lakeshore Dr. makes everything better.
Then my flight was delayed and hour and I completely lost my voice and I think I'm still a little sick...
