Friday 3/16
I flew to Chicago for St. Patrick's Day! My best friend Katie lives there and I'll pretty much find any excuse in the book to get to Chicago. Friday night was pretty chill, just dinner in then we walked down the street for ice cream at Jeni's!!
Saturday 3/17
St. Patrick's Day!! Probably not super surprising, but I only managed to take one photo all day (priorities). We got a group of friends together and bar hopped. I think* we ended up at a Mexican restaurant later for dinner. It's all a little questionable after 4:30pm.
Sunday 3/18
Sunday I took the train to Milwaukee to meet up with my friend Harry who had bought tickets to see Miranda Sings (a YouTube comedian). Since round-trip airfare to Chicago was upwards of $350, Harry offered to drive me home if I went to this show with him. So I bought a one-way plane ticket and figured out how Amtrak works, just to save a buck. One of the weirdest shows I've ever seen. I'm not cut out for that. Earlier in the day we walked around Milwaukee, which was super cool! We stopped at the Milwaukee Art Museum to get some fancy Insta pics. #NailedIt.
