I headed up North this weekend to get some snowboarding in. It was a trip that I was 50/50 on since I've been dealing with TOS (thoracic outlet syndrome) and have struggled to not feel pain consistently the last month. BUT the last week I was feeling SO much better, and decided to take advantage of the holiday weekend to get some snowboarding in. I hit up Spirit on Saturday!
I use an app called Ski Tracks to track my days on the mountain and this was what I did Saturday. It's always fun to see how fast I went and the vertical at the end of the day.
I took the van with me and made scrambled eggs with cheese & avocado one morning. Since I don't have a kitchen set-up, I don't normally make too fancy of meals. This is like a 5-star meal when it comes to van meals for me lol.
Sunday I went to Giants Ridge. It was my first time there and it might be my new favorite place to snowboard in Minnesota!
Monday morning I needed to find WIFI to do some work so I found a cute coffee shop in Aurora, MN called The Hive. Grabbed a latte and settled in to get my work done!
