Jenny's Pretty Awful & Unlucky Weekend in Six Pics

If you didn't hear on the show, I woke up Tuesday with excruciating pain in my neck, shoulder, back, arm, wrist, and could barely function....

Well, this is a picture of a girl that felt a million times better after her second chiropractor appt Friday. She felt great. Decided to still take the snowboarding/van trip she had planned because she was feeling good so here she is right before leaving...

Not even 15 minutes into the 8 hour drive, I got rear-ended. It was rush hour traffic, I was barely moving and this guy smashed into me hard.

It's hard to tell from this picture but my tailgate is bent up, there's a dent in the left door, the sound system fell out which I was able to get back in but now there's a staticy noise when I listen to music.

I felt okay and the van was still running and drive-able so I didn't let it ruin my weekend. I continued on my journey up to Mount Bohemia... and that was a HUGE mistake. I woke up Saturday morning in just as much pain as I was feeling when it all first started. The accident seemed to have set me back a ton so I waited for the Nordic Spa to open, spent 2 hours in it to try to feel better, then drove back 8 hours to The Cities.

You might think the series of unfortunate events ends there... it does not. I got home and parked my van in front of my garage and unloaded a few things but it was late so I saved the rest for the next day. Well, the next day it wouldn't start. I've dealt with battery issues before, the battery was fully charged but still tried jumping it, nothing. So I couldn't move the van and therefore couldn't get my normal car I drive out of my garage. The next morning these two awesome men helped push it aside while it was in neutral so I was at least able to use my Mazda. What's wrong with the van now? Who knows! But that is a later problem because too many other things are currently going on.

I spent the weekend in a lot of pain. I saw my chiropractor Monday and he said I was even more tense and messed up than when I first came in last week. I went to the gym to sit in the sauna and jacuzzi, mostly wanted to go for the jacuzzi, andddddddddddd, it was closed! I hope I catch a break soon but until then, I gotta keep trekking along.

Hope your weekend went a million times better than mine!
