Friday after the show Andrew and I headed up to the North Shore to spend the weekend at his Grandpa's cabin in Lutsen! We grabbed lunch at Rustic Inn Cafe and then hiked a bit at Gooseberry Falls!
We also swung by the Black Sand Beach.
Saturday was perfect because the morning started out raining so we started the day slow hanging out at the cabin and making brunch. Once the rain let up, we went hiking at Cascade River State Park.
Andrew and I cram a lot in when we go on trips or out of town so after that we drove up to Grand Portage and hiked up Mount Josephine. This was probably the coolest view I've seen in Minnesota. I put together a video of it here!
We swung by Grand Marais and had dinner at The Fisherman's Daughter and then walked out to the lighthouse and explored the city a little. Sunday we got up and swooped coffee and then did a short hike called White Sky Rock!
