I love this! I saw some U of M dance team members at the airport and said hi. As you know, they did so great at the National Championships!
I met a friend for drinks on Thursday and she chose this restaurant which just happens to be the location of the first radio station I worked at. The studios were in the windows I'm pointing at.

And this is my old friend Carol. She's a riot and always has been. I hadn't seen her since we were both in our 20s. So glad we met up!
Had beers with my friend Mike. We've known each other since 7th grade and were each other's best man.
And Christine, who was the promotions director at the station where I worked in Phoenix. WOW, did she have some stories!
But my best buddy is still Bernie! He recognized my voice on Facetime!
Got some time in on the treadmill. Climbed 1000 vertical feet with a 15 pound ruck pack! But GAWD what an awful picture!
Aaaaaand, I made chicken and dumplings in the crockpot. They were good but a little bland. I should have thrown in some more spices to perk it up a little bit.
