"What did you do this weekend?"
"Not much."
Sometimes weekends are like that. Other times you have a ton of great stories from the weekend. This was kind of a slow one. Here, I'll show you.
I'm in a Match 3D tournament. 9th place at the moment. Nothing too exciting here.
Josie and I have a routine on weekend mornings. She meets me at the bottom of the stairs for some scratches. I just love it. No making fun of the PJ pants or the slippers!
I'm in the Shamrock MNy 7-miler next Saturday so I was out in Excelsior for a 7-mile training run.
Here's the data on the run. The parts where my heartrate went way down is when I stopped to change podcasts. (I was listening to Tina and Jenny's "Too Lame For Radio" podcast which I highly recommend!)
This part was definitely a highlight for me. One of the kids in my Scout Troop asked me to write a letter of recommendation for him for a scholarship. And he wrote me back this very nice thank you note! How nice is this? And to hear these words really made me feel good!
