Make fun of me if you want, but I subscribe to the Parent Magazine email.  Most of the tips are for parents with little kids, but I find a few gems in there still.

This one is about finding ways to de-stress.  And they're super easy and practical.

Like drinking tea!  I'm drinking tea right now and I love it.  Someone once told me, "Tea always makes you feel better" and I think they're right.
