YOUTHLINK:
Each night in Minnesota, nearly 5,000 youth experience homelessness. YouthLink in downtown Minneapolis serves nearly 1,800 youth each year, supporting and empowering them on their journey to self-reliance. YouthLink’s vision is a community in which all youth, without regard to their living situation, have an equal opportunity to pursue and achieve their goals and dreams.
101.3 KDWB has partnered with YouthLink again this year to grant holiday wishes to youth experiencing homelessness through YouthLink’s “Santa Shop”, providing gifts to make their winter a little brighter!
You can also help youth experiencing homelessness get warm this winter:
- Donate warm clothing items and winter gear – click here to see what we accept.
- Shop YouthLink’s Amazon Smile wish list online. Each of the items, once purchased, will be automatically shipped to YouthLink to distribute to the youth.
HOLIDAY STATION STORES:
- Holiday Station stores are excited to team up with KDWB and Dave Ryan’s Christmas Wish to make the holiday’s a little brighter for people in our community this year.
- Holiday Station stores will donate up to $10,000 to KDWB Dave Ryan’s Christmas Wish
- For every fuel purchase now thru December 16th we’ll be donating a portion of sales to Christmas Wish.
