Friday night I went to Venn Brewing for 16 Bar Bingo hosted by The Hive Collaborative. It's musical theatre bingo where they sing 16 bars of a song and you have to find it on your board. I was one away from winning a bingo. Oh well!
Saturday was another Speech day! Regular Guy came to the tournament and followed me to all the rounds I judged. It was a fabulous Valentine's gift to me.
Then we went to Jimmy's Kitchen & Bar in Minnetonka! Our goal was to go to a suburban steakhouse as a bit and we did just that.
Sunday I sang in the church choir and got to read scripture!
After church I went to my friend Jackie's house, where she had a massive Galentine's get together. I ate so much and we all celebrated the girlies.
Sunday night I gave Regular Guy his Valentine's gifts - a Old Fashioned making kit (premade cocktails, giant ice cubes, dehydrated oranges, a fancy glass) and a pouch full of writing prompts and a writing background music playlist so he could start doing creative writing stuff. He opened everything with Capp helping.
Monday I decided to do a literal backburner task and melt all my old candles. I bought new wicks and simmered, poured, and hoped. It was way messier than I thought it would be.
