Saturday we had a Debate scrimmage in the morning and then right after I went to Theatre in the Round to see The Bearded Company do their Swords & Sorcery improvised DnD campaign! Always a good time, and it was a joy to see a bunch of kids enjoy improv.
Then I went to a Halloween party at my friend Connor's house. There were like 40 people there and Connor was the only person I really knew there. A couple of acquaintances, but mostly an awkward time. But I dressed up as Miss Frizzle, all out of my closet!
Sunday was Momma Ronda's birthday, so we went to Beef O'Brady's for lunch after singing at church.
Then I got to see the Irondale HS production of The Little Mermaid. I work closely with their Speech team, so it was neat to see some of those kids shine on stage!
Sunday night was DND night! We're playing a brand new campaign with a new DM. My character is a half-orc swarmkeeper named Jorrak.
