Bailey's Emcee Weekend in 11 Outfits

Friday I had dress rehearsal for the Fridley Community Theatre Fundraiser Cabaret! I was emceeing and changing outfits constantly, so I got to go shopping in the costume shop - my dream!

Saturday I planned to go to the Uptown Porchfest, but ended up doing a bunch of deep cleaning, getting all of my costume changes ready, and practicing my lines for the cabaret! I was one of three emcees for the night and we were the ones introducing every act and facilitating all the fundraising games!

The show was celebrating decades, with acts showing off songs/dances/talents from every decade. My thing was I would come out between each act in a new costume! 3 costumes came from the costume shop and the rest came from my closet! Shoutout to Tim for coming to support me and for all the listeners I met out and about!

Sunday afternoon was our annual Disney Store picnic - we get together a few times a year with folks from the Ridgedale Mall and Mall of America stores. We played cornhole, ate food, and ran a trade table full of Disney stuff. I brought in a full bag... and left with a full bag.

Rounded out the weekend with a Fringe last hurrah ice cream with Janelle and Ryan to celebrate a great run of our show! We went to Edina Creamery and had a great time. Improv is great. Fringe is great. Friends are great.
