On Friday night I was a contestant on The Date Night Podcast at Graze in the North Loop. The "bachelor" went on 4 dates and I made it to the final two but did not get picked. I do think I was a crowd favorite, though! It was a lot of fun and was great to have my friends and so many listeners there to support me!
Saturday I performed in the Improvised Twilight Zone at Strike Theater, it was fun! It's been a long time since I last got to do improv, so I'm thankful for it. Would love to start going to more shows.
Sunday I had plans to see a matinee musical and when I got there, I found out my ticket was for Saturday, SO I MISSED IT. So mad. But I was close to my friend Sarah's house, so we decided to dilly dally and hit up some vintage sidewalk sales, Odd Mart, and got Leaning Tower of Pizza and Bebe Zito ice cream!
Sunday night I got to do MORE improv with my group, Whose Left! We do a narrative form where we do an episode of some weirdo late night tv show you'd find on hotel cable. It was really, really fun! We'll get to perform again too, as apart of Improv A Go Go!
Honestly the rest of my weekend was lounging in bed, finishing Younger on Netflix, and going on walks (I walked 14 miles total this weekend!) And of course, hangin' with my best pal, Capp.
