Bailey's Weekend of Ends

HUGE Theater closed, so my regular Friday nights are no more! After work, I headed to my friend Sarah's house to hang out with her and my other friend Jess, who is visiting from Arizona. We watched a chick flick called Love at First Sight, then decided we wanted to go see We Live in Time. 20 minutes into the movie, the power went out in the theater (and the whole block). We had to evacuate the theater!

To make the most of a bummer situation, we decided to get ice cream at Sebastian Joe's! Went back to Sarah's place and I watched them play Fortnite and fell asleep on the couch.

Debate season is back! We just started our second topic and had a scrimmage with Irondale on Saturday to practice the new resolution.

Sarah, Jess, and my friend Nick all came over to my apartment to rearrange everything. We moved my bed to a new position, got rid of my janky headboard, and then they totally reversed my living room. I wanted it all to feel new now that I live alone, and while it was overwhelming and there's definitely more that needs to be done, I'm happy they were willing to help me and I'm excited for the new space.

Drove by an estate sale (there have been a few in my area the last few weeks), and I HAD to go in. I never get to see the inside of these fancy houses. This one had at least 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. I got a coat.

We had two performances of The Wrench for the Twin Cities Horror Festival this weekend. I had a cameo in the show and kind of acted as an assistant stage manager as well. It was fun and I'm glad I got to do it, but I was so overcommitted for October, that I didn't really get to SEE any Horror Fest shows. I saw one by Spiral Theater called Ghostrunners and I wish I could have seen more. It just wasn't in the cards for me this year. THANK YOU to everyone who came to see me in The Wrench and THANK YOU for supporting local theatre!

Sunday morning I went to church and to lunch with Momma Ronda - it was her birthday on Saturday! We went to Serum's in Anoka.

Every other Sunday is DND night! This session, my Centaur Gunslinger and his party got stuck in a mimic's mouth!! Oh no!! But he got a new gun (a flarefuse) and I rolled 3 natural 20s!

Capp for tax.
