It's chilly outside so it's the perfect time to bust out the slow cooker and make some comfort food! This time it's Creamy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Soup. The pictures don't really do it justice but it was so good and so easy!
I admit, I forgot to put in the corn near the end, so don't forget that!
Great on it's own or great with a sandwich. Enjoy!
