This weekend was the only free weekend I have all summer so I took full advantage of it and went out in my camper van. I went up to Duluth as soon as I got done with work on Friday. I went to one of my favorite coffee shops there, 190 Coffee and Tea to work on my travel website. I finished my Iceland itinerary, you can read it here!
I wild camp when I take the van out and this was a pretty clutch spot I found that overlooked Lake Superior!
Saturday I met up with my friend Reece and hiked Fantasia Overlook. It was a hot one but really fun. I want to go back and hike it again in the Fall!
Reece lives in Duluth and told me about a word of mouth beach rave that was happening. I was up in the air about going but then thought, do it for the plot! So I went and danced the night away and had SO much fun!
On the way home Sunday I stopped at Gordy's Hi Hat in Cloquet. I had heard about this restaurant from some of my favorite travel bloggers and finally got a chance to try it and would definitely recommend it! The onions rings were straight fire! I got a double cheeseburger as well and inhaled that, lol.
