Just Me and the Girls! Dave’s Weekend in Five Pictures!

My daughter Allison asked me to watch her two girls on Friday night so she and her husband could go to the Timberwolves game and have a night at themselves. I had never watched the girls by myself before, but it went absolutely great! Let’s dig into those pictures!

Friday night we went to McDonald’s and they had a great time on the play place. Then we came home and had a little dance party. Baby shark was on the playlist of course. We watched Moana and then it was bedtime. Next morning, I made the pancakes for breakfast!

Saturday after the girls left, it was a fall hike through Lake Minnewashta Park! With my OTHER girl of course!

Randomly found this very old picture of me at 13 years old. We had just hiked from the south rim to the north rim and back. What a great memory! I had not seen this picture in many many years.

My son, Chase, and his baby girl Gwen FaceTimed me on Saturday night!

And Sunday afternoon, I made lobster mac & cheese in the crockpot!

And that is it! It was a pretty full yet relaxing weekend at the same time. I hope you had a great weekend as well!
