"U.S. News & World Report" does a study each year that ranks all 50 states based on everything from education and health care, to infrastructure and the economy.
And this year, Utah is #1 for the second straight year.
(Yes, the one most-known for polygamy, not drinking alcohol, and the fry sauce delicacy.) (???)
Utah tops the list, mostly because it landed in the Top 10 in FIVE of eight categories . . . peaking at second in education, along with third place finishes in both economy and infrastructure.
New Hampshire is second, followed by Nebraska . . . Minnesota . . . Idaho . . . Iowa . . . Vermont . . . Washington state . . . Florida . . . and Massachusetts.
The WORST state is Louisiana. New Mexico is second-worst, followed by Mississippi . . . Arkansas . . . West Virginia . . . and Alaska. (Those seem self-explanatory. KIDDING! You can find the full breakdown, here.)
