The Hershey Company has announced that they will not be able to meet Halloween demand this year . . . because of the war in Ukraine.
They say it has to do with "disruptions along its supply chain, including higher dairy prices and scarce ingredients." And sourcing stuff from other suppliers is expensive and time-consuming.
It seems like there's time to find a work-around, but they've already started Halloween production, and their projections show they'll come up short.
