Netflix is rolling out a new plan to help crack down on password-sharing. It's going into effect next month in Argentina, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras.
They're going to make you pay a fee to add another household to your account. The fee is going to be around $2 or $3 per additional home, and you can add up to three.
Now I know what you're thinking: What if you travel, and you want to use your Netflix at some other location?
Well, you have a two-week window to use it without being charged . . . as long as you haven't used it from that location before.
There's now word when this buzzkill is landing in the States.
