Andrew's birthday was Friday so when he got home from work I presented him with some gifts but his main one was a choice. He got to pick a "Tangible item" or "Experience". I'll be honest, I thought he would have picked Experience but he went with Tangible Item which was snowboarding goggles (his are super old so he really needed a new pair).
I made reservations at The Butcher's Tale, formerly Butcher and the Boar, and it was AMAZING.
Saturday we grabbed sushi with Andrew's best friend, his wife, and their new baby. The baby loved Andrew's hat.
Speaking of babies, can you guess who this is at 1 year old?! If you said Andrew then you are correct! His mom sent us this picture over the weekend and I legit couldn't talk for 2 minutes straight because I was belly laughing so hard. I've seen pictures of Andrew as a young kid and he was a little chunky but never when he was that young and I was astonished that, that baby is the tall/lanky Andrew I know and love today, haha.
