Friday night Andrew and I did a little impromptu date night. We had a gift card to BLVD in Minnetonka so we decided to check it out! The blackened salmon salad was amazing and the lobster mac and cheese!
Saturday I played in a curling tournament at Forgotten Star Brewing. My team, "Game of Stones", consisted of me, Andrew, my friend Jeanne and her boyfriend Mike!
We won our first game but lost the second. We played the champion team, "Sweeping Beauties", that won last year, and they play in the curling league at the brewery so they absolutely crushed us. But we still had a good time and they were fun to play against!
Afterwards we hung out, drank some beer, listened to the bands play, and caught this amazing sunset.
I dedicated the extra day off this weekend to cleaning. I spent too much time vacuuming Mikki's hair off of every inch of this couch. As soon as I was done, she hopped right back on it, getting her hair everywhere. I love her, but I'll admit it's been an adjustment living with a dog in terms of the standard of clean I prefer.
