Uber just rolled out a new feature that lets you see how many one-star reviews YOU'VE gotten. As in, how many drivers thought you were a total JERK. Just go to the "Privacy Center" in your settings, and look for "View My Ratings."
Until now, you could only see your AVERAGE rating across all rides. Now you can see how many one, two, three, four, and five-star reviews you've gotten. But it won't tell you the driver's name, or people might try to retaliate.
Their press release about it listed five reasons drivers give bad reviews. They include: Leaving trash in their car . . . not wearing a seatbelt . . . making them wait . . . being rude or disrespectful . . . and slamming the door when you get out. Uber says that last one is one of the things drivers hate most.
