Jenny's Weekend in Five Pics: 8/27 - 8/29

I had a busy weekend ahead so Friday night I spent the evening going through all my clothes and getting a big pile together to donate. I'm trying to get rid of a ton of things before I move into my house in a few weeks!

Saturday we had the morning show broadcast at the fair. It's always so much fun! This year we had Nur-D come and perform impromptu ballads for people in the crowd and he did a fantastic job!

The fair really wasn't that busy on Saturday but Sunday was a whole different story. It was crazy busy. I was out there again for work in the afternoon and Shaggy swung by the KDWB booth. I had him play a make-shift ring toss game with tupperware and rings that I wear on my fingers. I bought a bucket of Sweet Martha's and said if he made the ring in the smallest tupperware container he would win the whole bucket. Well, he missed, even when I gave him extra tries but he had never tried Sweet Martha's so I gave him the bucket of cookies anyways!

It's been forever since we've done events where we can hang out with people so I had a ton of fun meeting everyone that came by the booth. Shout-out Hannah for stopping by to say hi!

After I got done working, Andrew met up with me and we grabbed some food. I tried the Ghost Pepper Bites that are new from LuLu's and they were good! I'd give them 8.5 out of 10. There is some spice to them so if you don't like spice you definitely won't like them. Andrew claims this is the best bratwurst at the fair. It's one of the small stands that only sells bratwursts and is located on the corner of Carnes Ave and Nelson Street if you want to try it for yourself. I did have a couple bites and it was very good!
