Wright County Sherriff Sean Derringer has identified the shooter of a mass casualty incident in Buffalo, MN as Gregory Paul Ulrich a 67-year old man from the area.
The Sherriff confirmed that local law enforcement was relatively familiar with the suspect after "several calls for service" regarding his person stem back to 2003. Ulrich is described to have lived in the area for a quite a while and has had "contact with heath care within the community during that time."
