Another beautiful HOT weekend. Yes, I love it hot. Saturday night I went to put Josie outside and I opened the front door and this wave of warm, humid air came rushing in the front door. I just loved it. It's the total opposite of opening your front door during January. I even stepped out on the front porch to soak it in for a few minutes.
But that's not all I did this weekend. Let's get started with my weekend summed up in five pictures.
Friday afternoon, Carson and I played golf at the Glencoe Country Club. We just wanted to try somewhere different. It's a beautiful course with very reasonable green fees and a friendly staff. (Shout out, Troy!) We did horrible but it was great to be out!
Saturday, Susan and I rode somewhat randomly to Lester Prairie, Minnesota...
...Where we somewhat randomly found Longhorns Burger House. DANG! Might just be the best burgers in Minnesota. If you know of a better burger, comment below because I want to know about it!
I should have a more interesting picture than this to wrap things up, but it didn't work out that way. We were all going to go golfing at River's Edge Golf Course in Watertown, but when we got there, it was way too windy to play, so we just had lunch. Thus, another picture of an American Goldfinch in my backyard.
