Dave's Dish of the Day: Hawaiian Pork Tenderloin (Crockpot)

Hawaiian Pork Tenderloin (Crockpot) 

Ingredients: pork tenderloin, pineapple, brown sugar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper

  1. Put 1 1/2 Tbs. oil in a pan on the stovetop. Heat. 
  2. Salt and pepper tenderloin to taste. 
  3. Brown/sear tenderloin. Put in crockpot.
  4. Add 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup soy sauce, garlic to your liking, 2 1/2 lbs. fresh pineapple on top of meat. 
  5. Cook for 6 hours on high.
