Weather reports are usually pretty tame, but that's not always the case. Sometimes a meteorologist might seem to get too excited about an incoming storm but what made one update on a snowfall in North Carolina so special was something News 13 reporter Justin Hinton had no idea was going on. Hinton was using Facebook Live to alert viewers of road conditions in the area, but what he didn't realize was that he had accidentally activated a filter generator before beginning his report.
As he spoke about snowfall, he went from wearing sunglasses and a hat, to a space helmet, to a purple mustache, to a wizard's beard and much more.
