Steve-O's Wknd in Five Pics: Shen Yun and the Dazzle Dance

How amazing was the weather this weekend?!?!?!?! We spent every possible minute outside because it was just so perfect!

On Friday evening I spent sometime cleaning up the basement and found this artifact from the year before Kristy and I moved to Minnesota. It was my first time at NY Yankees game and it's memorable because I fell asleep in the middle of it.

Saturday was a really busy day for Olivia and I because we had two formal events planned. Olivia's been wanting to see Shen Yun so we bought her tickets for Christmas and ended up going to the show on Saturday at 2pm. The show was great, the dancers were amazing and the show's message is not what I expected.

Since we live in the 'State of Hockey" a lot of people celebrated the 40th anniversary of the 1980 US Men's Olympic Hockey team beating Russia in the Winter Olympics over the weekend and on our way out of the Ordway in St. Paul I snapped this picture of Herb Brooks statue.

After Shen Yun in St. Paul, Olivia and I jumped in the car and dashed across town to attend our sixth straight Daddy Daughter Dance at Life Time in Maple Grove. I can't believe she and I started going when she was four years old. (I'm putting a gallery of pics from the dance up on my Instagram) The dance was a lot of fun, my dancing was embarrassing and we even won one of the door prizes.
