A special-education teacher in Delaware just got engaged with a little help from her second grade students.Chelsea Darczukhad a hunch her boyfriend,Jared Kauffman, was going to pop the question soon, so when he suggested a romantic Labor Day weekend getaway, she packed her bags and thought that was going to be when he proposed.

But before they left, the EastSide Charter School teacher was called to help in another room at school and found Kauffman standing in the middle of the room with 20 excited kids holding โ€œWill you marry me?โ€ signs. She was confused and surprised since she was expecting to get engaged over the weekend, but she said โ€œyesโ€ and her now-fiancee slipped a rose-gold ring on her finger.

The students were happy to help with the proposal, but some of them were a little confused and one wondered, โ€œWill he be Mr. Darczuk now?โ€
