Make your way to Target Field for the August 10th game against Cleveland and for the Harmon's Heart Night. This special night was created to bring people together, to celebrate, have fun, make a difference and cheer for the accomplishments of people with disabilities.
Before the game starts, the 2nd Annual Harmon's Heart Award will be given out on the field.
