Friday 7/19 -
Friday, a.k.a Deathday was the hottest day I can remember participating in & lucky for me, I got to spend most of it outside. I have never been more sweaty in my entire life.
The good news - I spent my Friday at Twin Cities Summer Jam watching some of my idols play music.
I'm in love with Aerosmith & Steven Tyler (Joe can come too). This was just my second time getting to see them live and it was such an amazing experience to get to do it from up close!
I was even able to take some pictures during their set. Here are some of my favorites!
Saturday 7/20 -
After the heat of Friday, there was only one thing to do Saturday - stay in bed.
I was craving pasta, so I went to the store to get some & ingredients to make a healthier sauce. I roasted tomatoes, onion & garlic, then combined them in a blender with some softened cashews & spices to make the sauce. It was V tasty. 10/10 would recommend.
Saturday night I was showing pictures of myself in college to my roommate to show her how different I used to look.

Sunday 7/21 -
Sunday I was watching Muppet. My neighborhood built a dog park, so we went to go check it out and have some fun!
I also watched the season finale of Big Little Lies (snooze).
