Ali Stroker Makes History At The Tony Awards

Last night Ali Stroker won a Tony Best Featured Actress in a Musical, but she also won the hearts of everyone watching.

Ali is currently staring in Oklahoma! on Broadway & last night she became the first wheelchair-using performer to ever win a Tony Award.

Ali already made history as the first wheelchair-using performer on Broadway as a member of the revival cast of Spring Awakening. Last night she showed not just the Tony audience, but everyone watching at home, that just because you may have a physical disability, you are still as capable as everyone else.

She used her moment on stage to speak to this & empower youth who may be watching at home.

You can also watch her incredible performance with the rest of the cast of Oklahoma! who also took home the Tony for Best Revival of a Musical.
